Inertia can put the patience of prospective gardeners to the test. It sometimes takes time for things to happen, for instance until the owners of unmaintained gardens welcome change.

It is better to wear wellies in the alleys though.
When will this garden be revived? At least it is still there. No car park has replaced it.

Some ‘untidy’ gardens are charming. But then they are what I call organised chaos!
